If Earl Grey tea is your favourite, please try this blend! Since its introduction, Earl Grey Blue Star has been our most popular black tea. Voted as the best Earl Grey by our Tea Community we continue to blend and sell this tea throughout North America.
We blend Blue Star tea ourselves in small batches, from Organic TGFOP black tea with specially sourced blue cornflowers and Bergamot extract oil. The result is a fresh, aromatic tea with a firm, but not overpowering citrus taste.
Recommended brewing:
- Bring fresh water to a rolling boil
- Infuse 5g or 1 teaspoon per cup
- Steep for 3 minutes
Earl Grey Blue Star is a wonderful tea on its own, but it also maintains its balance well if you prefer to add sweetening or lemon.
For the latte lovers of the world, we promise this tea will stand up and be simply highlighted, not hindered, when milk is added.
